Hi Bhanu Sir,
Srusvin Sir informed NLP team told him that all the ticket Comments for "Pushed tickets"
are sent from NLPS System to Service desk in the API.

"kindly check if we are receiving NLPSV ticket comments in Getticketdetails api “Threads sections” "
