Service Desk

Service Desk is a Web application is implemented and maintained by the System Integrator. Service
Desk is a ticketing tool which is enabled for State Designate Agency or relevant stakeholders. System
Integrator will be able to generate the MIS on need basis. Service Desk is used for Managing the
incidents/tickets raised by various stakeholders
