Satra S-Connect Portal

“SConnect” is a web-based intranet application used by all employees of SATRA for governance of everyday office activities.
This ‘SConnect – HR’ User Manual is intended for HR personnel at SATRA, who have knowledge of human resource management (HRM). Only HR-related functionalities have been explained in this manual; for understanding all the common features and functionalities, refer to SConnect – Employee and SConnect – Manager user manuals. It is hoped that this User Manual will help HR use the SConnect application productively in order facilitate employees with best possible services/practices in accordance with the company’s policies.

FEATURES

SConnect – HR is a versatile application that offers all parties concerned, tools to effectively and efficiently manage the various aspects of HRM.
HR may use SConnect to:
 Perform administrative tasks and discharge other duties as and when needed.
 Maintain employment, attendance, and leave registry.
 Manage Payroll, Jobcards, and Reports.
 Do Project management.
 Carry out User management.
 Bring in tax declaration forms.
 Manage Info bank.

COMPONENTS
HR variant of SConnect has the following components:
1. Dashboard
2. Self

A mobile version of SConnect is available on smartphones. For this “SConnect”ion, refer Section 13. The mobile application is designed for ease of doing employees’ and managers’ several self-service tasks as well as serve as a ready reckoner.
