RRAMS Citizens - Mobile Application¶

RRAMS community mobile app is developed for Grievance Redressal solution by which a citizen can raise complaints towars redressal solution by which a citizen can raise complaints towards redressaos from mobile app by capturing snapshot of the Grievance along with the location details.

RRAMS community Mobild App provides a mechanism to track the raised complaint right from the initiation to the closure of the complaint along with the details of action take by the particular departments RRAMS CommunityMobile App aids both public and government departments, since this application can be used as a platform citizens to bring to the notice of the governemnt againt all the grievances. This app facilitates goverment authorities and citizens in making the environment green
