Hi Bhanu Sir/Praveen,
1) The New ticket option in the menu should be visible only for the Users with the roles as PACS User and SI.
Could you please check to remove the New tickets option in the menu for all other roles.
2) Only the Users with the role of PACS User and SI should be able to Edit the tickets.
Could you please check to remove the edit option and provide read only view to all roles.

Hi Praveen, PACS User is able to Close the ticket from History Page so Please give Read only Access to PACS User and edit access to SI User
