On 27th Feb 2025, the catch generation issue was cleared by developers, and then I verified the total application functionalities in the stage environment.
Some issues are found on the report page.
i.e.: When we generate a report by applying a filter, and then clear, and again generate a report without applying any filters, then also we are getting output by applying the filter

On 28th Feb 2025, verified qa and the Stage environment with @Krishnakanth
Found issues in the Ticket creation page and report page in the stage environment.
