All 3 reports should have only 4 parameters.

1. Logged in user
2. SI option selected - 1, DCCB selected - 2, nothing selected - 0,
3. Selected SI or DCCB
4. Selected PACS

If SI or DCCB or PACS are not selected, it should send Null values to report.
Could you please check.
