Hi Bhanu Sir, Could you please 1)create a New role "SIAdmin" and replicate the level of Access same as that of Existing SI Role.(Additional details in Point 3). Role. 2) After creating "SIAdmin" "SIAdmin Role , Please remove the Push Ticket functionlaity option for the *Existing* SI Role. 3) For the "SIAdmin" Role Could you please Check to Provide the option to assign multiple SI. Kindly refer to attached Screenshot for complete Details. Please let me know if any queries or for any further information.
