Hi Bhanu Sir, 
 could you please check the below Scenario. 

 In the Reports page, the Check box fields SI and DCCB are to be displayed only for Admin, RCS, StCB and NABARD User Role logins. 

 For pulling Reports, the above Role Users should be allowed to Click on Get Reports with out clicking on any select    the SI or DCCB check Box. box. 

 If a Check box is Selected then Please    do not make    Respective Dropdown    Field Select SI or and Select DCCB    Dropdown Fields as mandatory depending up on mandatory. 

 The User should have the above selected check box. 

 Note: If Check box is Clicked, then only Respective Dropdown is mandatory Field. facility to pull the reports for the entire State or if User wishes to pull the Report for one    particular SI or One particular DCCB he should be allowed to Select the value from dropdown.
