Hi HI Bhanu Sir, 
 could you please check the below Scenario. 

 In the Reports page, the The Check box fields SI and or DCCB are not mandatory Fields. These check box fields are to be displayed only for  
  Admin, RCS, StCB and NABARD User Role logins. 

 For pulling Reports, Incase the above Role Users should select    the SI or DCCB    check box. 

 Please do not make Select SI and Select DCCB Dropdown Fields as mandatory. 

 The User should have the facility to pull the reports for the entire State or if User wishes to pull the Report for one box is selected then    only particular SI or One particular DCCB he should fields to be allowed    selected mandatorily. 
 Could you please check 
 Kindly refer to Select the value from dropdown.
