Hi Bhanu Sir,
Could you Please configure Service Crossing Section in the TopDeck screen as below.

If User Clicks on Plus Button One More Record to be added for adding another Type of Service Line.
The dropdown Option that is Selected for the First Record will nto be dispayed for the Second Record and so on.

Kindly refer to the Attached file for compelte details.
Please let me know in ase of ayn queries
