check the PMS - lookup data - remedial costs add/edit screen, check for the roughness parameters based on the treatment selected. ex. we select routine maintenance and then we select drain cleaning in treatment, still the roughness is being shown as 0 - 3, where drain cleaning has nothing to do with roughness.
