TMS>Reports>Growth Rate>When no historical data available, Presently the growth report generated with an assumption of 7% fixed for all vehicle categories is taken. Whereas it is found that in Realtime the growth rates are different for different category. so, there is a need to store this different rate values and update the process to include this change
