we should provide a custom primary key to the required tables to achiev this, follow below points
1)create his-squ-tbl table.
2)create a primary key with auto increment and other index columns these columns should be primary key columns for the dependent tables.
3)every column must have default value one.
4)create an end point /getNextIndex in core domain service.
