E-Arogya

Create save , update, view functionality for the user master screen.
System should allow to select an employee and create a user master.
User is assigned to multiple hospital facilities and multiple user groups.
Upon login, system shall check for the usergroups he is assigned to and the role permissions he has access to within the login facility.

Hx info: History log of password reset, history log of facilities added/disabled, history log of usergroups added should be accessible in the screen.
